Flame Health Associates are looking for an NHS Portfolio Manager, to work throughout the UK, for a leading Eyecare provider.
The right person will be expected to work within a team, but support the company contracts. The role will entail problem solving and developing solutions to protect business and maximise potential.
The role will be develop effective working relationships with the NHS and Partners at multiple levels in order to:
- Drive NHS Customer Growth
- Maintain NHS Contracts
- Mitigate business risk such as financial, operational and compliance
- Enhance the perception of the brand
- Cross sell and up sell services to grow the business
You will need experience of service development improvement plans (SDIP’s), KPI’s and metrics.
The chosen candidate can be based anywhere as the contracts are spread across the UK. You will however be travelling 3-4 days per week as part of the role with one day in the London or Nottingham office depending your situation.
