You will have extensive experience and knowledge of Ultrasound procedures and be HPC registered. Flame Health are working alongside a Market Leader specialising in Cosmetic Surgery to appoint a General Manager to join their established and dedicated team in London.
As a General Manager, you will be charged with progressing the business performance of their flagship clinic. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive and dynamic team focused on the customer. Your duties will include exceeding business performance targets alongside delivering high levels of staff engagement and retention, based on proactive performance management.
To be a successful candidate you will have extensive experience in a senior management and leadership position. Previous experience of successfully managing a complex P&L and managing in a complex, high value service or retail environment. Ideally the right candidate with have experience of managing multi disciplinary teams of 25+ staff.
